Pierwsza rata 2 500,00 AUDDługość kursu 6 m-cy<p style="text-align:justify;">This course aims to prepare students to manage complex clinical cases, work in the health promotion sector or to lead, to supervise and co-ordinate a team of other aged care workers. The course combines both theory and practical. It is designed to provide students with the professional skills and knowledge to carry out duties as effective team leaders and to be future managers of aged care facilities or community organisations. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to competently undertake autonomous work and team leadership within aged care residential and centre- based services. Students will learn how to assess service needs of older people with complex needs, plan and monitor service delivery, undertake relevant administrative work, plan and conduct group activities, implement and monitor WHS policies and procedures, conduct recreation programs for older people, and organise an effective work environment. Admission requirements: students need to demonstrate they have proficiency in English. If student cannot provide a documented proof on their English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a language, literacy and numeracy test (LLN) before a place can be offered. International students are required to have a minimum of IELTS test results of 5.5 (academic) with no individual band lower than 5. Or achieve in equivalent in other forms of testing that satisfy the Institute’s requirement. For Certificate level courses, student must have completed a minimum of Year 11 schooling or equivalent or to be a mature age student (20 years of age and above).</p> Dowiedz się więcej
