Working in the disability sector, you may provide direct care or coordinate various agencies to deliver support services to people with disability.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>STUDY MODE</strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify;">Face to face training and one day per week industry placement</p> <p style="text-align:justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>TRAINING LOCATION</strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify;">On campus at Sterling Business College – 65 Newcastle St Perth plus vocational placement (120 hours minimum) at an aged care and disability support provider. This is arranged by Sterling Business College.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support,</li> <li>English proficiency – Please see Entry Requirements for further details.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>COURSE UNITS</strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify;">To achieve this qualification you will be required to successfully complete 14 units – 11 core units and 3 electives.
